• To respond to your inquiry with availability, pricing and floor plans.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry, unit reservations and project updates.
• To prepare reservation and purchase documents if you decide to buy.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this website and the sales process, such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), and with brokers, escrow and title companies involved in a purchase you choose to make. Each uses it only to provide its service.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and to manage any resulting reservation or sale. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
